2. Description of Services
PlayProof provides software quality assurance consulting, manual and automated testing services, and crowd beta testing support for developers.
3. Platform Independence & Disclaimers
PlayProof is an independent testing service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or Apple Inc. Fulfilling a closed testing campaign with PlayProof testers helps meet testing duration criteria but does not guarantee third-party platform approval, app store publication, or production access approval, which remain at the sole discretion of the platform provider.
4. Intellectual Property & Customer Build Ownership
Developers retain 100% ownership of their application builds, source code, logos, trademarks, and test results. PlayProof claims no ownership over customer intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
PlayProof shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform availability, app store policy changes, or third-party platform decisions.
